Job Description -

Responsible for the effective execution of assigned Subcontract Management services and support to the region, operating group and/or growth platform (supported business unit) as required In conjunction with other members of the Subcontract Management team, works to drive and execute best practices consistently across the business units covering sourcing, contracting and managing the major subcontractors (as that term is defined in Accenture Policy 1030) Enables business and strategy of the supported business unit by effective execution of Subcontractor Management processes Identifies opportunities for continuous improvement and works to influence acceptance of change within assigned business units Manages and maintains relationships within the assigned business units Working closely with other groups (Legal, Procurement, Alliances, and assigned business unit) to execute the Subcontract Management processes across sourcing, contracting and delivery management Promotes where appropriate the Subcontract management function within the assigned business unit Responds to inquiries regarding subcontract obligations and revisions Identifies risks and issues, suggests alternatives that lead to resolution, triggers internal escalation process Achieves a reasonable level of understanding of Accentures major business areas (System Integration and/or Outsourcing, as well as industry-specific offerings) in order to communicate effectively with project Senior Executives and provide relevant advice Reviews and manages contractual obligations of the parties and provides continual review to ensure that all terms and conditions are met Ensures the project team is aware of the requirements of the subcontract and works with the project team to implement and monitor compliance with the Subcontract Management processes Develop local initiatives to enhance team spirit Focus on team career development (including training)
