We have devised a unique cashless program wherein a non-recourse security deposit, covering a part of the training cost, is taken from the employee for imparting these high-end fulltime training programs. To facilitate funding of this amount, Rolta has entered into a strategic arrangement with Union Bank of India, to make the deposit available as an educational loan to the employee. On enrollment, you will be a Rolta employee and will get salary during the training period which will be on par with prevailing IT Industry standards. In addition to your salary, Rolta will pay also interest on the security deposit directly to the bank from day one. On successful completion of the course you will join our project teams for offering end-to-end Oracle Applications solutions to transition from legacy systems to the Oracle E-Business suite including requirements gathering, gap analysis, customization of the Oracle Applications, development of interfaces to other systems, data migration, testing, training, and roll-out.
Background in selling high-end IT solutions and services in government & private sectors with experience in handling high value contracts/projects. Eligibility Criteria
Openings are at all levels. Candidates must be B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA/M.Sc/Diploma Engineers with3+years of relevant experience. Qualifying criteria for various disciplines are as follows: Background in Geography / Geophysics / Telecom / Electric and with experience in Remote Sensing / Photogrammetry / Image Processing / Digital Mapping / GIS Creation & Analysis, with tools like Microstation / Autocad / ERDAS / MapInfo / Intergraph / ESRI / SmallWorld. On successful completion of the course you will join our project teams for providing Geospatial / GIS solutions and services to a wide range of segments like; defense, telecom, electric, water, environment, public safety, municipalities, infrastructure, engineering, oil, gas, petrochemicals, refineries, and Nodal Agencies in domestic and international markets.

Background in Piping/Civil & Structural/ Instrumentation/Electrical/Chemical/Mechanical, with thorough knowledge of engineering practices, codes & standards in Plant Detail / Design Engineering with tools like Microstation / Autocad / PDS / PDMS /Intergraph SPF / Vantage PRM / Tribon. On successful completion of the course you will join our project teams and work on engineering design application tools, their integration and develop solutions for a wide range of segments like; Oil & Gas, Refinery, Process & Power and Nuclear Projects for marketsworldwide.

Background in various software development platforms (.NET / C# / VC++ / J2EE / VB / Perl / PHP / Python / CGI / AJAX / ATLAS / UML etc.), Databases (SQL / Oracle / DB2 / Sybase etc.) on multiple Operating systems (MS / Unix / Linux / Solaris etc.), Internet Technologies (Java / Web Services). On successful completion of the course you will join our project teams for offering comprehensive software services conforming to ITIL framework, IEEE 12207 & CMMi, like; Software Application Development, Application Re-engineering, Application Maintenance and Migration Services, for market segments like; eGovernance, defense, utilities, telecom, BFSI in domestic and international markets.
