Designation Immediate Opening for Business Consulting Professionals
Job Description
We do have an immediate requirement for Business Consulting Professionals with 8 - 12 yrs of experience for Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad and Gurgaon Location.
Lead consultants/Sr.Consultants
The consultants would be required to identify key processes by interacting with stakeholders in the client organization.
The consultants would serve as agents for initiating change in the client organization. They would drive planned interventions to help the client identify and implement change successfully. This would require understanding business needs, methodical investigation of areas of concern; identifying problems, analyzing their significance, and suggesting suitable solutions. The role requires demonstration of intellectual bandwidth and thought-leadership.
Team members would need to work in a collaborative and supportive manner within the organization, interfacing with technology teams and domain experts.
The consultant would be required to take a holistic view of business imperatives and technology solutions; analyze client's business challenges, and translate them into business requirements that can be addressed by technology; with a view to deliver a complete integrated business solution addressing all key components viz. people, process and content.
The role would include analyzing strengths and weaknesses, and synthesizing conclusions into robust recommendations.
Education: MBA/Master's degree in information science from reputed institutes. Engineering qualification would be preferred.

Experience:
8-12 years with a reputed professional advisory services/consulting organization, or relevant Sales and Marketing experience dealing with such technologies.

Necessary skills to analyze, design and configure Business process/KM solutions customized to client needs
Ability to understand, design/ transform business processes and propose comprehensive solutions transcending 'as-is' to 'to-be' scenarios.

Desirable:

Business and functional knowledge of leading ECM, BPM/BRE and/or EAI products.

Awareness of latest developments and market trends in one or more of the following areas Enterprise Content Management, BPM, BRE, Portals, Ecommerce and EAI market trends, developments, and good practice.
Experience in working in any of the following domains, Banking & Financial Services, Insurance, Publishing, Ecommerce, Manufacturing.
