Project management tools and techniques: Min expertise in MS Project, excel, power point.Expertise in usage of ASAP templates and documents.Exposure to Solution Manager

People Management issues : Should have handled team size of 10 or more.Be able to bring out issues in team dynamics.Be able to demonstrate team building skills and motivational techniques
