Responsible for proposing and designing server infrastructure to meet IS & WI business requirements and address complex business / technical process requirements Responsible for process implementat io n for asset management and ensure process compliance Develop and sustain excellent business interactions with all LOB through deep engagement and delivering continuous value by meeting customer exp ec tations and handling issues Ensure that service delivery takes place based on the Service level agreements from outsourced partners. Provide technical consultation to the developers and keep them u pd ated with the current technological advancements Ensure that quality is used as a tool to improve customer satisfaction and enhance service delivery Provide technical assistance to other team member s by way of assisting them in solving challenging technical problems, sharing technical knowledge and adhering to quality processes i. Ability to drive people to ensure that project deliverables are m et and project time is maintained.

Good communications, technical expertise in wintel domains , should make business case & high impact presentations to seek approvals for intiatives clearly coming out with ROI & operational efficiency . Should be good in cross functional interactions. etc.
